Research Studies - Neuropathy

– A new medication (not on the market yet) to treat the cause of diabetic neuropathy is being tested. This medication may work on the nerve endings which cause neuropathic pain. Patients can stay on their present pain medications and must be in general good health. Patients will take study medication (either the active medication or placebo) to evaluate its effectiveness. Medications, lab tests and office visits related to the study are provided at no cost.
